Working Color Sort Ring

I have been "toying" with this project for years and I have finally ordered all the right parts and beads in just the right sizes from all over (yeah, there is a lot of trial and error in making each product).  Now nearly all the parts are in!  I loved the Sort-A-Ring from when I was a little and 5 years ago when I had my child I wanted to wear something that was related to children but being such a geek and gadget lover that I am, I wondered how I was going to make something that works and I could play with?  Here is a sneak peak at the version coming soon!  The finished product will have all the ROY-G-BIV colors so you can remember the order (see? educational too!  we here at YOU gNeek want to make YOU smarter) Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet (well, maybe I will skip a blue or indigo if it seems too much).  The rings will go on and off the metal stacker rod and on to your necklace chain for hours of fun!
